The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention is an excellent opportunity for Ford Motor Company to show off the latest happenings in various divisions of the company. With the assistance of Mach 2 Management, all booth staff and Ford Executives received proper entry into the convention, uniforms, tickets to Ford-sponsored receptions and necessary information regarding the event and display. 

Mach 2 worked with a housing authority and local hotel to arrange rooms for over three hundred staff members and meeting space for the divisions represented at NADA. In addition, all credentials were arranged and picked up by Mach 2 for all staff members and over a hundred Executives. A Ford Control Room was created as a place for staff to pick up their registration packet (which included credentials, contact cards, uniforms, reception tickets and event information), connect to the internet via personal computers or provided laptops, print documents, grab a quick snack, get answers to questions or just meet fellow staff members. A Mach 2 staff member was on hand from early in the morning to late at night to assist guests with their needs and serve as a liaison with the hotel. 

On-site, Mach 2 provided Product Specialists for the eight FMC vehicles on display, a host for the Ford Racing Mustang Dyno Dragstrip display and staff for the Information Desk. All staff went through training on Ford Motor Company, the divisions represented and the vehicles on display. During set-up and tear down, Mach 2 played an integral role in ensuring each group had the proper data tracking systems in place, shipping requirements were managed and food and beverage was coordinated in the display and during section meetings. Staff members were also on hand to assist with all special guest appearances and autograph sessions to manage crowd control and meet the guests' needs. 

The biggest challenge that Mach 2 Management encountered was being able to meet the objectives of Ford Global Auto Shows and Events while focusing on the individual needs of each division represented. All was accomplished successfully, on-time, under budget and seamlessly.
